Summary:

You would need to make a 50% pre-payment for the services, in order to start collecting documents for the Golden Visa. After the payment is cleared, you will be assigned a manager, who will be supervising your case.

After the documents are collected, the next step is to rent an apartment. It is quite challenging to find the right apartment for rent from abroad or through the Internet. We assist with finding and renting an apartment for you. The following expenses have to be paid:

The rent prices vary on the location and the size of an apartment (from €900 to €1.500 for a 60 sqm apartment). If you do not plan to relocate immediately, after receiving a visa or planning to buy an apartment, we offer an Accommodation Confirmation (service fee €2.750) for you.

It is recommended to open a bank account in one of the Austrian banks. The online banking system in Austria is one of the best in the world i.e. all the banking operations (wire transfers, bank statements, etc) could be done online without visiting a bank.

All the documents must be scanned and sent to us via email for a review. The paperwork will be thoroughly checked by your supervisor.

The application for a Golden Visa could be submitted any time, there no official deadlines here. Considering that the number of visas is limited, we target the first week of January as the application submission deadline. The application has to be submitted in person i.e. you would have to come to Austria for 3 days. Should you require a visa, we will arrange an invitation for you.

It takes 4 to 8 weeks to process a Golden Visa Application. In some rare cases, the immigration authorities might request additional documents, which may delay the process.

After a positive decision is made, you have 3 months to collect your Golden Visa. The rest of the fees are due and must be paid within 3 working days, but before arriving in Austria.
